We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at Kinex Store.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking information. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at isko6709@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or no longer want it, return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Kinex Store will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at isko6709@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as items showing visible signs of use, products with broken factory seals, or custom-made goods) cannot be returned unless defective. Sale items are final unless otherwise stated.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of being placed. After this window, the order may have already been processed for shipping and cannot be cancelled, though our standard return policy will still apply once delivered. To cancel, contact isko6709@gmail.com as soon as possible.
